Gorgeous Cafe & Gift Shop
May 2021 • Couples
Gorgeous cafe and gift shop in a beautiful setting. Super coffee and cakes. Fantastic outdoor area overlooking Liscannor and Lahinch bay. Lovely atmosphere created by host Caitriona and her team. A “must visit” if you are in the Liscannor/Lahinch area. Highly Recommend!

Online order
Mar 2021 • Solo
I've just received my online order today. They all look beautiful and smell amazing. I was happy to support an Irish business in the current climate and they were very grateful for my business. Not only did I receive a printed thank you but a hand written one also. Making it that little bit more personal. Great customer service 👏

Decent coffee but no toilet
Sep 2020 • Couples
I know it's probably Covid related but having a coffee shop without a toilet is a bit if a pain. They must know this otherwise they'd stick a sign up saying that they don't have customer toilets next to all the signs about great they are.

Delicious coffee / pretty gift shop
Aug 2020 • Couples
Stopped off here for delicious coffee tea and fudge ( they have several delicious flavours including one with sea-salt and caramel & another with chocolate and orange).

The queue tell you how good the place is so it’s worth the wait on a busy weekend day.

Picked up beautiful gifts from the shop also.

Lovely little terrace.

Worth a stop.

Yes, the best coffee
Aug 2020 • Family
Just back from a beautiful stay in Lahinch. Stopped here for a coffee on Wednesday, the coffee was so good that I returned each day for more, we even drove up to get one last coffee before we left for Dublin this morning. Such a gorgeous little cottage, really cute, with lots of gifts, i picked up a little quote book. I'm not a fudge fan but said I'd try it, so glad I did, it was melt in the mouth gorgeous. The views from the cottage looked down to Lahinch beach & is fantastic. I will really miss the coffee & warm friendly welcome

Fabulous Views, Exceptional Coffee
Aug 2020 • Couples
Moher cottage has the most beautiful views over Liscannor bay. The owner has set up loads of outdoor seating and a great one way system through the cottage to accommodate social distancing rules. She is always there herself, chatting to everyone and cheering up her customers, she is very passionate about her business and has done an amazing job of the place. The coffee is my favourite in Ireland and the cakes/fudge are always fresh and delicious. Such a great business, highly recommended for wild Atlantic way out stop!

Enjoy a cupán tae with a view
Jul 2020
I recommend visiting Moher Cottage before or after your walk – it’s a beautiful spot for tea/coffee fix with indulgent homemade fudge! A beautiful stone wall cottage that’s run by Caitriona Considine, she told us how it was once the cow shed of the family’s farm. But now, it’s a lovely café and gift shop, with outdoor seating and views across the hills and down onto Lahinch Beach that are just stunning.

Lovely coffee, no access to the toilet
Jul 2020 • Couples
Enjoyed the coffee and the view, would have stayed for a second coffee but discovered after purchase, no access to toilets, they have toilets, and I would like to have gone while having my coffee I could hear someone allowed to use the toilet, hand dryer, door closing, but no access for us, finished quickly and carried on 5 minutes more to Doolin where they also have great coffee, views and they have toilets you are allowed to access. That's what I would recommend. A bit of Covid stupidity which will affect business IMHO

I'm sorry you were disappointed however given Covid, it is vitally important to us that we follow all public health guidance and advice to protect both our staff and our customers. This includes managing the numbers , flows and access within our small (but still cute) store. We don't agree this is stupid but yes we do agree Covid is affecting so many small businesses like ours. We remain very grateful to all who visit us and support us. Thank you.

Fantastic coffee and welcoming staff
Jul 2020 • Family
We stopped here last weekend after our trip to Doolin, such a beautiful craft shop and excellent coffee/tea, treats and snacks. Tables outside were very well spaced out. Excellent set up inside for covid guidelines.
I will look forward to returning again for some fudge and coffee next time I am in the area.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A delicious way to savor our trip to The Cliffs.
Sep 2019
I had read great reviews about the Moher Cottage before we travelled to Ireland. It lived up to its reputation. After we purchased some Irish crafts in the adorable gift store, we enjoyed coffee & pastries overlooking the Irish countryside. It was a gorgeous day and we were able to relax after walking The Cliffs. The staff were friendly and gave us the histroy of the cottage. Well worth the stop.
