A really stunning winery, I was very impressed by the scenery, I was lucky to have a gorgeous day with plenty of sunshine. The tour was very informative and I loved doing the tastings on the way. Visiting the casillero del Diablo was great and the history behind it is very interesting. The wines were delicious as well! Couldn't ask... More

the tour and the history behind this winery is well organized. It offers wine tasting for free. It has a good restaurant and a gift shop.

Nice visit with 3 tastings included in the tour price and you get to keep the glass. Interesting old cellar. Seems quite touristy but worth a visit if you are looking for a 'filler'.

This should have been great! The positive aspects of the tour are several. The setting is nice old mansion, we get to walk the beautiful grounds, and it is picturesque. The wine we sampled was OK to good (1 white and 2 reds), maybe there were other wine levels we could have tried (different tour maybe). The best part of... More

Huge winery that gave us a very standard, scripted tour. The tasting that was included in the tour was very small and quick. Although it was nice to match the wine we see everyday in the grocery tour to a first hand tour, I don't know that I would care to visit next time in Santiago.

Only about a 45 minute drive from Santiago, this is an informative and interesting experience. I strongly recommend the 7 wine tasting! One great part of the tour is a small area where they have vines of every varietal growing so you can see the difference between Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, Merlot and Cab, etc. The building and grounds are... Of all the wineries that I visited in Chile, this was the least favorite. They had more tourists mainly because its closer to town and lots of tours came here. The wine testing was very impersonal and cold. You just sat at the bar and they gave you a few glasses and left you alone unless you had a group tour. The... More

(+) Beautiful (+) Grape and wine tasting (+) Concha y Toro and Casillero del Diablo history (+) You get a wine glass as a gift (+) Concha y Toro store with discounts (-) Too quick tour (-) Kind of far from Santiago (traffic jams on the way) Little below expectations because of the tour duration (~1h30) and you get to... Quite expensive. Very bored and cocky young guide. Barely twenty years old she already knew EVERYTHING about wine. The tour is very touristic, but well organised and elaborated. Food is alright. Nothing fancy or superb. Unduraga is a lot nicer. The guides take more time, explain a lot more.

We visited this winery on our own. Their website gave very helpful directions to get there by car and by metro from Santiago. Being the second largest winery in the world, their tours are very cookie cutter and to the book, but also very organized. Each tasting was spaced apart with walking and seeing a different area. They work very... More
