Regarding Scuba Diving at Ko Samui Calypso Diving is the meeting place for vacationers, who like to explore the underwater world of Ko Samui (ko Samui Dive) and Ko Tao, since 1988.To go Scuba Diving you can go on a day trip with two or three dives in a changing weekly program whole year around. The scuba dive trips will bring you to the best dive sites like Sail Rock, South West Pinnacle, Chumphon Pinnacle and Ko Tao. The underwater world is abundant and beautiful. Visibility can be up to 30m. The water temperature with average 30 degrees Celsius is perfect. So is the weather with mostly sunshine. Another option to go scuba diving are our overnight trips to Koh Tao. Calypso Diving is the only dive centre at Ko Samui that owns a live aboard boat. On an overnight trip you can do up to seven dives. We offer everything a diver could wish for: night diving, deep diving, wreck diving as well as dives around the beautiful reefs of Ko Tao. We also offer guided, individual snorkelling trips in very small groups. Calypsos snorkelling trips fit to everybody no matter young or old. If you stay at Koh Samui it’s the best to go for a snorkelling trip around Ko Tao. The snorkelling in the clear waters of Ko Tao is extraordinary fun. The tour leads you to different sites which are the best possible sites. The tour guide speaks English and German, gives a detailed introduction into snorkelling, the equipment and teaches a few handy tips.

I have snorkeled with various boating companies in Phuket, Thailand and redang, Malaysia and calypso was the best by far. I was looking for a larger boat as I had a group of 16 friends who were with me to attend a wedding. We were all very glad we chose calypso. Peter in the front office was very responsive to... More

I went with Calypso for my Discover Scuba Diving experience about a month ago and that was absolutely fantastic! In fact, it was so cool I am doing my PADI Open Water with them now. I believe, the company has two catamarans and both of them are very decent boats. If you suffer from seasickness, it might be the best... More

Just returned from a day out diving with Calypso near Koh Tao. It was only my second time and my husband(!)'s first time diving so we were a little anxious. We need not have worried. From the moment we stepped on to the well maintained comfortable boat that was not over crammed with people we were made to feel welcome... More

This was one heck of a dive boat - cushioned seating on 2 levels, sunbathing area, free WiFi and as smooth of a ride as one could imagine. Which was awesome since the good dive sites are really far. The team was great, all super friendly and helpful. Pickups were timely and easy. Equipment was solid and ready for us.... More

A great company for both Snorkelers and Divers. We had a great experience with Calypso overall with the food, diving and snorkelling experience. I guess there is nothing wrong with the Calypso Diving but as the visibility under water was not great I felt I did not get value for my money. The boat was also entered by at least two other dive shops which made the whole trip much more "crowded". We got several quick and cheap meals on the day trip.
