One of the Best Tours We've Ever Had
Jun 2021
This was a highlight for sure! Very interactive and informative. Our kids (teens) LOVED this well. Very conscious about nature and regenerative farming, and so fun to be able to see all of the fruits and herbs as well as the coffee. Highly Recommend - one of the best tours we've ever had.

An 80 year family run coffee plantation, with fresh insight, ideas and vision on how to be holistic with the coffee plant! Super informative, excited to see them grow in their business as they share their vision.

From the Heart

This was an eye opening experience into the growing of coffee beans. We were shown the sustainable way of growing coffee. We appreciated this tour very much and opened our eyes to the manufacturing process of coffee. I don't take if for granted like I used to.

Incredible!
Mar 2021
Incredible! Chock full of information. This was probably our fourth coffee tour in different countries, but the difference is Gabriel and Ivette and Gabriel's father, mother and brother have created a world where almost nothing is wasted. The coffee is grown using mixed farming, permaculture, and organic practices. Prior to this tour, those terms had never translated for me into anything other than something people should do and buy. Seeing what they have done first-hand, the intricacies, challenges, and vibrant beauty of their coffee 'fields' made a lasting impression on me. Gabriel and Ivette are truly loving teachers with a vision and plan on how to get there.
Their cupping brought an awareness to me of coffee I had not had. They taught that 90 some percent of coffee used in the world requires 100 liters of water to make the one cup on that we drink. The machine and process they use uses 1 litre of water for 100 lbs of coffee.
Worth every minute. We bought several bags of the tea, coffee, and some wine. These are the type of people we need more of, they are an inspiration.

Worth every minute
Jan 2021 • Couples
I checked their website first and it indicated which tours one can book, it’s by reservation only. I used WhatsApp to book and communicate and the responses were prompt. My husband and I booked a brewing experience for 8 am. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner Gabriel and he is great all around. He offered us to do a plantation tour as well, we agreed. I learned a lot! And I support this family doing their best to keep organic and eco-friendly farm. The brewing experience was fantastic, Gabriel and his sweet wife presented it. I enjoyed the process thoroughly. We were also offered to try coffee fruit wine and ended up buying a bottle too. If you love coffee and would like to know the intricacies I absolutely recommend this farm run by beautiful people!

Informative Tour on Organic Farming
Mar 2020
Gabriel was so knowledgeable and very passionate about his family's organic coffee plantation. Very interesting talk on how the business works and the differences in the coffee bean roasting process. We got to taste the different coffees and also the other products he made from coffee beans. I especially liked the coffee tea! The tour through the coffee plantation fields was our favorite part as we found out a lot more goes into the planting and growing of coffee beans than we ever knew. So many other plant species grow along side the coffee bean plants.
