Lovely small cove which is very family friendly with toilets and shower. It is surrounded by a few. Very good restaurants to suit all tastes. A very secluded beach.

With its optional and relatively inexpensive sun loungers, or just towels on the soft sandy beach, Salema has toilets and showers at the back of the beach, fab restaurants for lunch - Mira Mar, Boia Bar, Atlantico and many others. The beach is beautiful, a...More

This is a nice beach with a great view. It is difficult to find somewhere to park however. But by driving around we got one in 5 minutes. Plenty of bars and restaurants.

Crowded and tricky to find parking in peak weeks. But a gem of a beach all the same. Lifeguard is on duty if flag up. Lots of beds with shades for hire. Small waves so not for boarders. Plenty of great restaurants overlooking the beach...More

Salema has an excellent beach, with very clean golden sands . You can pay for a bed and parasol but there is plenty of room to sit. Because its a small fishing village, the small fishing boats dotted around the beach give the place real...More
