It is a very nice beach, changing every year her physiognomy. It is very difficult to find a beach with sands so clean. Do you know why? Every year all the sands are removed by the force of the sea in the winter. And every...More

Salema offers authenticity at every turn. Beautiful beach with clear water and perfect sand. Restaurants are very good with a variety of choices. Can't wait to return.

Salema is a fishing village which has spread into the hill to it's west but it retains all of it's charm. There are no package deals or sprawling resorts. We were lucky enough to rent a property on the sea front. The beach is beautiful...More

Although the beach at Salema was gorgeous, the cold water and incessant winds make it impossible for me to recommend it as a destination. Positives: + picturesque waters & powdery sand + available parking + the smaller village made for a less crowded beach Negatives...More

Salema beach and village sublime, Corsarios snack bar has by far the best, buzziest and cheapest food and drink. Best sangria, best peri-peri, best prawns, best hosts. You can't miss it, it has more patrons than anyone else
