Beautiful small river with rapids and fall colors ending at the picturesque falls. Easy short, walking trails alongside the river from the falls gave great views of the salmon swimming up stream to the falls pool. Some steep stairs at the falls to the parking...More

Easy to navigate stairs provide access to these delicate veil like falls that are very high and are a wonder of nature. My 78 year old MIL was able to easily get down the stairs and back up again and enjoy the visit with us....More

We were traveling around Manitoulin and took a stretch at Bridal vale falls. Wonderful natural falls that you can walk right up to and view. The falls are down a set of stairs that was an easy decent and climb back with landings for viewing...More

It is a wonderful location to visit. It are beautiful waterfalls, not very spectacular, but definitely worth a visit. The beauty of this is that you can walk behind the falls along, at least if you are a good walker. It is best to go...More

We parked along side the road. Nice falls to walk under. We did not go during high season so we were alright and it was not too busy.

The falls are definitely worth visiting but we like the trails the best. There is a fairly short trail leading to Kagawong which follows the river from the falls. There are lots of signs for poison ivy so beware.

The water is clean enough to drink, but not deep enough to swim. It is a shallow stream. About a block away is a public beach if you wish to swim. Nice little beach with a change room, but very cold water.

Yes, you can take the dogs. I recommend driving into the village, parking your vehicle at the marina (free parking), and then walking the dogs along the hiking trail to the falls (About 1 km). Its a great little hike along... More
