Poetic Kanas River

The meandering colourful river is really a sight to behold. It is simply picture perfect and out of the world. A trip worth taking. A sight worth seeing

There’s a Shuttle Bus within the Kanas Park ferrying tourists to the scenic spots. The main attraction-points include: Crouching Dragon Bay, Moon bay, Yaze Lake and Angel Bay. I would say scenic spots, but not exactly breath-taking. You will find yourself vying for a good vantage spot amongst the horde of tour groups. Unless you’re really a hardcore photographer waiting... I have seen some mighty and beautiful rivers in my travel so I can say that this one is just an OK for me. It originated from s huge lake and the scenic view along this river is average. Moon Bay (月亮湾) is the highlight of the 3 scenic spots in Kanas National Park, the river resembles the crescent. Visited this park during autumn, the leaves just turned golden yellow along the turquoise river. It's even more beautiful when the leaves fully turn yellow. nothing special, don't expect too much. this place is very quiet in winter, some scenery nearby is beautiful, but not special indeed.
