When I was still a lil boi, I often travelled from Negros to Mindanao, usually going Dapitan. Gotta say, at that age I was fascinated by this Rizal dude. I had really fun memories.

This place is very historical. It's like traveling back in time with the ways and works of our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal. A great family experience for us.

It was an unplanned trip but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The shrine is located near Dakak Resort and was ideal after a hearty buffet lunch. The artifacts were well kept and there's just so much to see and learn.
