Love waterfalls

A short walk a long a well maintained path, my daughter was teaching us some names of the different mosses and ferns along the route and at the end a delightful waterfall.

This is a lovely easy walk of 30 mins round trip. A local community project keeps the paths and bridges well maintained. Its as much like a Zen Garden as you will see - and all nature!

There is a gentle well laid out walk to the waterfall. After the walk have a break at the glen house where staff are very friendly. There is a nice little craft shop as well

There was a walk of about 1 km to get to the waterfall. The surroundings were lovely and the waterfall, although not huge, was a nice end to the walk.

An uphill short trek - not great for prams or wheelchairs. Lovely area. Too short for a picnic though

It was a lovely walk with a viewing point half way, it's not too far either so you don't have to be fit 😊 Beautiful surroundings, highly recommend!

Once again on my travels I was the only one there. Beautiful almost surreal walk through to the waterfall including a panoramic view. Trouble was the sound of the water made me need to...you know! So with nobody around I did and got away with it! But in all seriousness absolutely worth the detour and I have seen similar things... More

I great walk into the hills, especially during the spring and fall. Sometimes nature can cure the noise in our lives.
