Hiked and spotted snow leopard in Kibber
Jan 2020
Home of the grey ghost of the Himalayas, snow leopards. Kibber is my second home and I have been visiting this village from the winter of 2015.

The hospitality in Kibber Village
Oct 2019
It looked like any other village in Spiti. What made it different was the experience. As we walked through the desolate street, an old lady called us in. She and her family were very welcoming. They made us a hot beverage that warmed us up from inside. They were roasting their barley to store it up for the winter. They told us stories about their village and we left, feeling blessed.

Another Spitian Village, good homestay options
Jul 2019
Out of the other villages found this one a little bigger with more choices for the homestays. From here they have a few treks also and good for people who love to trek around for sure or just pick a homestay and relax for a few days.

Small village with little population but awesome surroundings...just in touch with nature... Walking around in the tiny roads of the village in the early hours was a different experience with locals greeting us with smile and juley...a must visit while you are in spiti...

Good and peaceful village kibber
Sep 2019 • Couples
The village is very peaceful. There are some homestays and guest houses. Electricity power and phone network is a big issue.

A memorable trip with friends and Sonu bhai
Aug 2019
we visited Spiti last month and I am not here to review any particular destination or hotel as such. I am here to share our experience with a person named Sonu bhai who started as our driver but became our friend within the first few hours of the trip. His way of interactions, his knowledge about the roads and his driving skills are surely an asset that you would want to have with you while travelling on those roads. besides driving us to different places, he is very enthusiastic who will guide you to places where people rarely visit. I personally trekked with him and it was fun. if you are travelling to Spiti or any places to Himachal, you can trust that you are in good hands and you will not find any sort of issues during the journey. please call him directly for booking, you won't be disappointed.
