A tiny beach located 30 seconds from taganga. No restaurants established, the odd place selling overpriced beers. I would advise avoiding if possible

You will find everything from restaurants, markets, street food to fishermen selling their daily catch. It is very lively with about 4 large bars at one end of the playa. If you get the chance, there is an old man who sells stuffed arapas on...More

It’s nicer here than taganga beach, for sure! There’s sunbeds (which of course you pay to use) food places, drinks! You get hassled a little bit on the beach, but I feel like it’s not as bad as taganga. The water is also way nicer...More

After a little hiking trip from Taganga along the cliff, where we enjoyed amazing views, we reached Playa Grande. This is really caribbean beachlife. Little bars offer streetfood and drinks and they have chairs in the shadow.

This beach is the most popular of several beaches that can be reached by boot from Taganga close to Santa Marta. You must expect rubbish basically everywhere there. On the ground, in the bushes, in the water. Especially locals do not care at all though...More

Find another beach. This one is full of people escaping Taganga. The beach is very small with little room to enjoy yourself. You will be constantly harassed to purchase food, drinks, daybeds, boat trips, etc. The water and beach were littered with plastic.

The dirtiest beach we have ever seen. We went purely to kayak and even the sea was full of floating rubbish. The sand was full of litter and this was added to by more rubbish being washed in with the waves. We couldn't get away...More

The beach itself is not really beautiful, but the water is clear, making it a nice place to swim. Just don't go on the weekends because you will find it awfully crowded.

Not bad for a quick swim but nothing special, all the other beaches in area are much better that can be reached by boat. Were advised not to walk there because of previous robberies
