About
The 3 km long ring-shaped nature trail runs along the banks of the Keila River and through the park. There is an information board with a map and general information at the beginning of the trail and 8 points of interest with descriptions on the trail, which introduce the most important natural objects and the history of Keila-Joa Park. At the beginning of the trail there is a car park and a toilet. The trail has also been provided with benches.

Beware of ticks
Aug 2018 • Solo
Be aware that the trail can be swarming with ticks, which are no joke as they can spread tick-borne encephalitis and Lyme disease.
This is obviously the case with many natural places where vegetation is taller than ankle-high, but this place based on my experience is one of the worst in that regard.

Especially grand in the spring
Jul 2018 • Family
This nature trail is special almost every time of the year. Be it in the winter when everything is frosen and the waterfall is completely or almost frozen. Spring water makes the waterfall as big as it can be.

Worth the drive
Jun 2018 • Friends
If you are looking for a stroll in the nature than its definitely worth the drive. Beautiful scenery and many tracks along the riverbank. Wouldn’t recommend during rainy days but a great walk during a sunny day. There also a cafe incase you fancy a quick bite, coffee or ice cream.

Worth of little drive from Tallinn
Aug 2017 • Couples
Keila-Joe is about 30km from Tallinn and if you take scenic route along sea side, you can see for example Türisalu Pank(Cliff) nearby In this park is also beautiful little waterfall, so real nice little walk if weather is nice and you wear comfy shoes. We stopped here on our way from Tallinn to Haapsalu and spend a night in nearby beautiful Padise Manor.

Worth a visit
Apr 2017 • Family
A pictoresque place, waterfall, power mill and the gothic castle, with a museum. The trails both sides were nice, some 15 minutes downstream you'll finally see the Baltic sea!
In the summer lots of space and nice spots for picnic.

Perfect for an afternoon stroll
Mar 2017 • Family
This trail is located right next to Keila Joa waterfall. Many stairs makes this place less than ideal for families with strollers.
Beautiful forest and bridges makes this a fun place to visit for young and old alike.

Nice Looking Trail that is well marked
Apr 2016 • Couples
We often had difficulty finding locations on our trip throughout Estonia. However, this trail was well marked and well maintained. We did not have time to do the entire trail, but the section we did was enjoyable.

A nice place for a couple :)

Very romantic and private park. I love to wander around in park and enjoy the waterfall. If you decide to come here - bring a photo-camera. It's a must

Beautiful area just outside of Tallinn
May 2014 • Friends
My co-worker was able to bring me out there after work one day. The park was family friendly and the locks on the bridge was indication of a special meaning of the area.
