Visited here with some Czech friends who live in Brno. The tours are allocated to time slots and start by walking through the first part of the Caverns. Unfortunate for us the guide only spoke Czech but luckily for us we had our friends to...More

Punka Cave is the largest in a series of caves in this area. You pay for a guided tour that includes a boat ride on an underground river..quite unusual. Beautiful formations throughout. Well worth the trip for cave lovers.

The caves have a very special atmosphere thanks to the specific undeground environment - cold, humid and dark. Be sure you take your jacket and comfortable sneakers, and just enjoy the alien feeling of this place. It is a good idea to come out of...More

Seen every baroque castle and church between here and Amsterdam? Then try these caves for a natural cathedral that is well worth the visit. The usual stalactites and stalagmites but with a long and fun underground boat ride plus ... the big reveal, you emerge...More
