A tranquil hill station. It is by far the best place to visit while in pauri. The drive has a scenic beauty.

Lively tinsel location just mere 60-70 km from the laneadwone but is full of nature , flowers, good local cuisine and the beat is the panaromic viewbof great Himalayas and sunset...

By itself Khirsu Village is of no importance for an tourist as it does not present either its sounds or sights that can differentiate it from any usual Garhwal Village. If you are in Pauri, you can visit this place for a few hours. There is not much to do here. However, if you are lucky and there are no clouds , you may spot snow covered Himalayan peaks.

Khirsu is a place where you can really find peace. Its surrounded by mountains from three sides with forests. If your luck is with you, Guldar (Leopard) and other can be seen at that point. When i was there I heard him roaring.
