It came as a surprise that a 200 yen compulsory "donation for the shrine repairs" was charged. The view from here, as with many other spots around the mountain was excellent. For this, I am not rating it any higher.

Very ancient temple. Didn't have a chance to see it's full "face" as it is under renovation. We can imagine the magnificent view from the front garden if the flowers are fully blooming.
