This place is just unique! There is nothing like Setenil de las Bodegas probably in the entire world! This small town has used the shape of the mountain to build their “bodegas” or cellars, and now you can find nice bars, restaurants or stores. It...More

Took the scenic route from Sevilla to Jerez de la Frontera and drive out to Setenil de las Bodegas. Amazing. Colours, landscape and architecture were brilliant. Ate lunch in the town and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and variety on the menus. Would...More

The town is small and particular due to its caves. We stopped for lunch but had to wait for a while since it was really busy. Finally, we got served and had a wonderful meal. Worth a visit.

We stopped in this amazing little town on our way to Seville. A must see! Even the restaurants were great. Be sure to cross the little bridge to see the other side of the river , a great picture spot.

Honestly disappointed. Not because of the village but because of the dirt everywhere. Plastic and other rubbish in the streets but mostly in the lovely little river which created this fabulous spectacular town.

We found out of this option by chance and it ended up to be the most impressive of the experience of our one week tour in Andalucia. Just wondering why there were not enough promotion for this place.

You would never forget Setenil. A small town built beside and under rocks. If you are close to Malaga ou Marbella it is a wonderful place to visit and to spend the day with your family.
