Great night, excellent tour guide (in her training) well worth the guided tour, they were very passionate about what they did and how to protect these little critters. The little penguins got up very close to us humans.

I took my friend from the USA on this tour and she said “where else in the world would I get the opportunity to see, and be close to these tiny & beautiful creatures in their natural habitat.” My friend had so much fun watching...More

Amazing tour after dark. Penguins are friendly and come really in close proximity with people which makes the tour even more enjoyable. The commentary of guides was good. They take good care educating everyone on the tour along with maintaining this place and not bothering...More

Low Head Penguin Tours came up as one of things to do in Launceston and so we decided to do it as 2 of us had never seen penguins in the wild. The drive from Launceston to Low Head took about 50mins and it was...More

This tour was better than we imagined it would be. We actually got to be amongst the penguins rather than seeing them from a distance. Informative guides and tour was good length of time. Make sure this is definitely on your list of things to...More

It was bitterly cold so be sure to rug up and then add another layer if you’re used to a warmer climate. The cold is well worth enduring for this remarkable experience to see these magical creatures emerge from the water and make their way...More

Excellent. Make sure it is on your list of things to do. Early evening tour was exceptional, knowledgable guides, the tour leader assessed the walking ability of the group, there were some who were restricted to pathways, and divided the group accordingly. Both groups were...More

Came across these guys in a brochure and so glad we made the trip out. We were unsure at first because it was miserable rainy weather but as it turns out, penguins love the rain!! We were escorted down to the beach by Emma (so...More

Great experience. Good and experienced tour guides. Saw alot of penguins even though it wasn't their high season. Best part is no need to take a boat out to the sea/island unlike some other penguin tours in Tasmania. Duration of the tour is about an...More

I would call them, they are super helpful. You can’t just see the penguins without a tour, it’s all about the safety & well being of the penguins & their young. They have specific routes from the sea & if they get frightened... More
