First time visit to Thorpe Perrow and it was wonderful. We took the children to the Santa’s grotto and the staff have obviously worked very hard at making it a magical experience for the kids. Definitely to return (possibly without the santa excitement) to see...More

Visited at December weekend. Thought admission prices were a little high for 2+2. Disappointing bird of prey display with no chance for involvement with the kids. Display cages and area was looking run down. Cafe seemed to become a mobile wagon. Santa’s grotto was poor....More

Loved it here. Plenty of interest all year round with lovely views. Lots of room for the kids to run around too. Good little cafe too. Will definitely be returning.

Overall had a good visit and the trees were in good colour. Went for the Fungus Foray which was informative but a bit unorganised due to there being over 60 people at the start. Perhaps limit it to 20 so that you could hear what...More

That might sound obvious but that's what it's all about - it is an arboretum, after all. As some have commented, it's a shame you have to buy a guide to the trees if you want to know more as the admission price isn't cheap....More

i personally would pay at the door as it could be raining if your ticket is dated and its not really a place to walk round in the rain.
