Light and easy walk, half an hour to one-hour return trip along the beach and up and down from the lighthouse. Magnificent views and plenty of sunny cloudless skies, despite being in the middle of winter!

About a 1.2km and mainly uphill walk. You really feel like you are on top of the world here. Plenty of signs warning that there are no toilets at the top so be prepared. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic 360 degree views.

The best attraction in Palm beach is Barrenjoey light house and the track path to get there as well as the smugglers stairs to come back down. You will enjoy the beautiful view.

Fantastic views. I'm not overly fit and I was puffing, but the views the entire way up were amazing. Good wide paths with plenty of grip. The kids loved it. Absolutely recommend making the effort.
