Nick says that his goal is to make the best red wine in the Gers. He may already have done it. The Sanglier is stunning, very intensly flavoured and so rich that it appears almost black. Nick is not very keen on marketing, so spreading the word about his products is generally done by word of mouth

You can visit, taste and buy the wines directly from the ignoble, Nick Patrick. Just 10 minutes drive south of Eauze. The new red wine (Sanglier) is superb - really well matched with cheese, duck or steak and the new white wine (Ridgeback) is ideal with salads, roast chicken or pasta. Highly recommended.
