The museum cost i think $2 to enter the house. A very historical place to visit here in Jayuya. It has a lot of memorabilia and historical signs and items. Great landscapes. A police station and the Cemí monument are in the same place. Also a restaurant and public bathrooms are in the same lot. A must visit place for... More

This is were the Nationalist Party Revolution of 1950 started and items from the event are here. The house architecture is beautiful and they have done a great effort to furnish it with items from the time. If... More

Up in the mountain of Jayuya is the Canales Family State. Same ground of El Cemi Museum. If you look at the view behind the house the mountain in the bakground has the same shape of a Cemi and Indian God. Nice places to visit. Rest rooms and restaurant on site. City Police Department. Information center and souvenir store.

Is a great place but the "guides" don't clarify us that we should pay $2 to see the Cemí museum and $2 more to see the Nemesio Canales museum.
