This Monastery brews some of the best bier in Germany. We were at the Army post just across the narrow Valley for three years..

Don't go just for the beer, it's much more than that. Beautiful landscape & good food too! Don't miss the chapel! I hope one day I can go again.

The beer was delicious, you can also get some decent food there, the food service has a cafeteria like feel, don't forget to grab a jug to go and you can bring it back to be refilled.
