We visited on New Year's Eve so the machinery was not working . However,we were welcomed and given the audio machines which gave us the commentary in English. A very interesting and informative tour ending with a tasting of the Cremant produced. We would recommend it, well worth a visit

We've done this trip before, 6 years ago, but there's something hypnotic about the production lines that keeps it interesting, and the audioguide is one of the better ones you'll listen to. It's refreshing that they don't try to cover up the mechanised nature behind misty tales of moustachioed men still riddling bottles by hand using generations-old understanding. Watching bottles... We came here with a tour group for a tour of the production facilities and a wine tasting. Our guide in the winery was Francois, who was amazing engaging and very knowledgeable - the process to produce the sparkling wine here is amazing! The wine tasting was also very enjoyable, and had some of the best chardonnay and pinot noir... More

Veuve Ambal is a sparkling wine producer, if you like, you should visit. It is an industrial high quality process to do the wine. During the visit you walk around the factory listening an audio guide with the information about the winery and the production of sparkling wine. My wife and I loved. We paid 7 euros each person, finishing... More

Had visited about 4 years ago but this second visit was much better, a really helpful team determining what your tastes like and matching the Cremant to your taste. Tour very good, great set up, tasting session run well, we were looking to buy so felt no pressure but another couple next to us only bought a bottle or two... More

Enjoyable tour with an audio guide above the factory floor (all automated and very impressive) followed by a tasting of the bubbles with a friendly host. Highly recommend for something a little different and good value for 6 euro pp (through the tourist office website).

We did a tour of the factory, it was a combination of walking/posters/audio. You walk above the factory floor(awesome) and overlook the different process to make the whine. The audiotour to guide you through the process was not really synced with the posters you read. Which makes it a little bit chaos in the beginning. But after a while you... More

The tour is 7 euros and you go around the factory reading the panels and listening to the audio guide (factory can be quite loud). You can ask questions in the end, when you enjoy the tasting. They have an amazing variety of cremant (made with the same method as Champagne, but not named like that because of the region... More

Book your tickets at the Information Office in downtown Beaune and get a free bottle to take home! The tour is all done at your own pace with an earpiece and nice videos. The staff is only with you in the tasting room. I learned a lot about how and when you can store an open bottle of sparkling wine.
