2 Hour Mersey River Quickie Adventure
On this tour you'll explore the Mersey River (one of the most beautiful places in the park to paddle, in my opinion).
Rendezvous at the Whynot Adventure HQ (Jake's Landing) 15 min before the tour is set to start. We have a large parking lot situated just before you arrive at our location on the river. We recommend bringing a camera as this tour is full of wildlife photography options (I know you're thinking moose and bears, but in Keji we specialize in turtles, giant bullfrogs, muskrat, beavers and white-tailed deer, oh and sometimes a swimming squirrel).
On this guided tour you might learn about 'Keji tea' or hear the legend of Jim Charles' Gold, while paddling your canoe or kayak up the river with intermittent stops to take in the magic and learn about some of Keji's secrets. This tour is an 'out n'back' so you'll get to enjoy the gentle current on the way back to Jake's Landing.

Keji Southern Lakes Canoe Trip - 3 Day
This trip is best suited for folks who want longer hours of paddling and portaging, more solitude and remote campsites.
Escape to Kejimkujik’s real solitude— in the southern lakes! Some of the national park’s finest campsites are tucked away amongst these hinterland lakes, where it’s entirely common to not see another paddler for the entire canoe trip. Sandy beaches and warm summertime swimming will relax you while slow sunsets and June fireflies create the backdrop for lifelong memories.

I can’t say enough about the great experience we had dealing with Whynot Adventures, the staff were excellent, Mother Nature wasn’t quite so accommodating, 60 km wind gusts!! Annie was very helpful in helping us pick the best route to get our canoe and gear back safely. My wife and I are already planning our next Keji vacation and we plan to use Whynot Adventures for all of our canoe and camping needs.…

Very well organized and welcoming! They also have dog lifejackets which was awesome! I would've liked a few tips on proper canoe carrying techniques but all in all great experience.

Whynot was great at helping me get setup with the canoe rental for my first solo backcountry trip. They were nice enough to check In and see if I needed shuttle blocks (which I didn’t even think of) and accommodate them free of charge. They also were kind enough to offer some tips before heading out into the woods! Would highly recommend using them for equipment! I’m sure they know their way around the park too in regards to their guided tours! Will be back and looking forward to it! …
