Our day trip from the Granvia Hotel went like clockwork. As per plan a rep (Tommy)met us in our motels reception and took us by taxi to the train station and ensured we got on the bullet ok. Like wise another local rep (Mitsi) met us at Hiroshima at the station and a very friendly and informative and well organised... More

Amazing tour. Every detail was taken care of from pick up to drop off. Well-organized. Tour guides were informative and helpful. They had guides at every pick up and drop off location to ensure you made it to the trains and hotels. Highly recommend them!

My girlfriend and I booked a day tour to Mt. Fuji and we're excited as this was the highlight of our trip. We were sent an email advising us of the meeting point at 9 am, which was a somewhat obscure address in a large bus terminal. The company also sent a link that gave more 'clear' instructions of how... More

The tour in itself seems great, unfortunately there wasn't much viewing done. In our 11 hours traveling, probably 9 was spent on a bus/train. Traffic was bad leaving Tokyo, and it took us just over 2.5 hours to reach our first stop Our guide Yukiko, made a decision after consulting (nobody knew better) that we would not go to Fuji... It's really an amazing and spectacular experience with the nature! The tour guide, Amy, is very informative and interactive. She made the journey in the bus lively, and even pre-empt us which side (of the bus) you must see the scenic view of nature, so that we could get ready our phone camera or simply capture into our eyes. The... More

Very well organized tour. Our guide, Take was really knowledgeble and pleasent. He talked a lot about Japanese culture, history of the places we were passing trough on our way to Mt Fuji. His English was impressive. He entertained us with a song, origami and cat's credle game. All in all we had a beautiful sunny day so we saw... More

We were met by a representative at the Imperial Palace Hotel and taken to a coach which would take us to Mt. Fuji.Traffic was quite heavy and it took us 1 1/2 hours to get there.Luck was on our side as the weather was clear and sunny, and Mt. Fuji was visible in its full glory. From there,we went on a quick... More

Got picked up from a nearby hotel. Driven to the bus station and organized into a tour bus. Everything was efficient and fast. The guide had good English except for some minor pronunciation issues, but no worse than Italian- or French-English. We had no heavy traffic and the weather was nice. It was a weekday. The guide talked to us... More

we booked this tour basically because the hotel tour desk recommend it to us. We were less than impressed with the tour. Everything was a rush, hurry up and go. The tour guide Hirano was ok, not good not bad. More like going through the motions. I was a little taken back when I overheard her speaking politics with a... More

This company put together a well organized and eventful day. It's an all day tour, but provides breaks and various ways to see Mt. Fuji and other sites. Everyone had a good time. The bus is comfortable enough. This tour includes many moving pieces and it was held together by the very capable tour guide. Therefore, special recognition goes to... More
