Maybe I am a too open mind person that I dont see any chocking dressing style here. I see people being free shopping cheap stuff and consuming fast food as usual. Saying that it looks to me a regular alley that maybe a contrast from...More

What can i say except this represents Tokyo, the weird but wonderful. The day we went it was lightly raining so when looking from the top of Takashita street it was a sea of umbrellas. Down this street the unusual part of Tokyo can be...More

The street was crowded early in the morning. Lots of youngsters' shops from clothings to accessories, and how can we miss the street food.

Fantastic if you're looking for the latest teen trends at a bargain price. Lots of fun street food to eat as well, but if you're looking for something halal you'll be hard pressed to find anything except perhaps cotton candy and drinks from the vending...More

Super crowded on a Monday summer day of young kids. You either have to push your way towards things or move with the flow of the crowd. Worth visiting just to see how many people you can cram into an alleyway. The shops are worth...More

Funny little street with a lot of different shops. Very nice just to take a stroll there, even though it is often very crowded. Would recommend it for teenagers or people who are into the Lolita fashion, because of the many shops dedicated to this...More

Harajuku has been known for being trendsetting in pop fashion and style. Now maybe a bit too touristy and less authentic but still worth the visit

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.

It will be really hard going around with a stroller, it is very hard just to walk without bumping into people every couple of minutes, but if you need one for the rest of the day, you could leave it at a Harajuku Station... More
