Beautiful and not very crowded park(except time while some events are going on). There are horse racing field and some areas to relax. If you are lucky you'll be able to see horse training and ponnies.

Management by JRA so fully equipped. The most beautiful season is March and April. There are lots of cherry blossoms. And also good to visit with kids. On holiday, you can ride a pony and drawing carriage. There is limited number, so you need to check. Around 50 minutes from Shibuya west bus terminal. Tokyu bus no. 23 or 24.... More

Both of these restaurants offer good value for your money in very nice area. The sushi restaurant is a 100 yen per dish and it is very eatable.

We visited there with friends as family with young children and where delighted to find a real dressage competition among university students. A treat of beauty and elegance almost for ourselves!

This nice little park was used for the equistrian events during the Tokyo Olympics in 1964. You will see no tourist here in this residential heighbourhood. Near the park are restaurants and shops.
