Free entrance. Park has a skateboard park for beginners and ramp for advanced kids. Go-cart for little once till toddler age 5. Unfortunately can not swim in water fountain. Swings and slides available. Little obstacle wood area . Little kids steam train . Best to go early in the morning.

There's plenty for kids of a range of ages. A mini train track runs around the park, there's an adventure playground, a kiddie park with sandpit & slides etc. On my most recent visit there were even horse rides for children. A good place for a picnic

Setagaya park is located about 5km from Shibuya station, easy to get by bus about 10 minutes. In summer season, many people enjoy swimming pool with very low price. If your family includes small children, you should bring your kids to mini sized steam locomotive driving circle. They run by real steam power but small size. In spring season, lots... More
