The staff here is very disappointing. I didnt like the place. Will never come back here again. They also let you come in only while holding baby on hands, it make things difficult.

This was our first time in an onsen in Japan and it was a nice surprise. It's basicslly a spa/onsen theme park with lots of food, drinks, entertainment and spa options. Easy access by train. Not the cheapest but a experience for foreigners. Highly recommended...More
