Great for families and shopping western brands. It is very large for strollers and give me a feeling of western malls. Nothing much to see except shopping. Great BBQ restaurant and bullet train sushi place.

Diver City is great place to shop and eat. It has a wide variety of shopping choices for my entire family regardless of age. The food court gives several choices from American to traditional Japanese cuisines. Great place to frequent.
Cant say it is a must go, however there are a few decent shops for clothing. Food court was really good, make sure to check out tempura and crepes places there. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
