When we were, they had everything themed after the anime Haikyuu! and it was really awesome! It's amazing how the voice speakers for the characters specifically made recordings for the rides! My partner and I are huge fans of this anime so it was a thrill! The Thunder Dolphin roller coaster is one you should not miss. The drop was... More

Visited the Tokyo Dome City yesterday. Thought it was the usual roller coaster type games but it was much more. Many different types of games for kids and adults, surely they would enjoy spending a day there. Numerous restauranta as well so no worry about lunch and dinner. We also played ten pin bowling as well, very entertaining. At dinner... More

Having decided against Disneyland and Fuji Q Highland, we opted for the Dome. A short subway ride away and we were there. You pay per ride or there are afew deals such as unlimited rides and also 5 rides for x amount. The rollercoaster is obviously the highlight and is quite thrilling. The rest of the rides are generally catered... More

Dropped in during the evening for a look and the place was packed with lots of girls and women of all ages attending a Arashi concert. There are plenty of shops and other attractions around the area relating to sports and other activities. Highly recommend a visit, even better if you can attend an event!

We only went for the roller coaster, which was very good. The queue was pretty short easy to get to. There was some very good views of Tokyo too The rest of the Dome was fine - a good few places to get food and some shops - but nothing special. We went one day but it was closed due... More

We came to the dome with our toddler. It was lovely. There are indoor and outdoor bits with lots of rides and smaller bits for younger children plus a bit of shopping. The Christmas lights were up so it was beautiful. Beware of the bathroom line ups!

Staying in Yotsuya / Iidabashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
