The Wine Museum is the oldest winery in the Canary Islands and one of the ten oldest in Spain. The current owners are the fifth generation of a family who bought it from another family in 1880. It's placed in the protected zone of "La Geria" which was covered with lava and ash after the volcanic eruptions from 1730 to 1736. Inside, you will find wine presses, pumps, crushers, stills ... etc., everything from the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. We invite you on a walk through our vineyard in the heart of la Geria and to taste our Wines. Come and visit our winery, we will be pleased to attend you

Lovely wine and interesting learning the process of growing vines in volcanic landscape. The dry white is exquisite, our new wine of choice whilst on the island.

We visited this bodega in December with our 1yo son. We have previously visited wineries in other parts of the world and were really interested to see what makes wine produced in Lanzarote different, in particular the way of growing the grapes. Unfortunately, we found...More

Booked a tour today after popping in last Friday. Was shown around by Lily, a credit to the vineyard and it quickly comes across how proud she is of the wines they produce and I must say it was by far the best tour to...More

First visit to see a vineyard and well worth the trip. We were on the tourist trip to three yards. This was the last and best. The girl who presented the wines knew her grapes and was able to engage the visitors with her knowledge...More

I guess if you've visited one vineyard you've probably visited all of them ... The staff here were very friendly. The self-guided tour was reasonable value given the wine at the end of it. It was fascinating to see how they grow vines in the...More

Skipped the tour as we had done it previously and it wasn't great. Went straight to the selection of six wines with cheese for €13 great value and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will probably be back when passing.
