We went here on the only rainy day of our holiday, and really enjoyed the visit. You have the chance to explore Cesar Manrique's house and better understand his personality and indirectly the island spirit. It is still furnished as it was when Manrique was...More

A lovely tribute to the island's esteemed artist. His house & studio are as they were left in 1992. Great artistic insight to blend art and nature.

It took us a while to find the house, despite all the signs! Definitely worth the visit, though a little expensive we felt. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Manrique’s Fundacion, though the house/museum gave a much better insight into the man himself. And to leave everything...More

This place is quite hard to find but well worth the effort. There is no parking, except on the road, if you can find space, so you may have to find somewhere away from the location and be prepared to walk. There is just a...More

Strange given nothing has Ben moved since the artist passed away, slightly odd but it works. Great insight into the man's work and really enjoyed our time here.worth a visit and the entrance fee.

What a great place and equally good as the Manrique foundation in Costa Teguise. The house is as it was when Manrique died so clothes hanging in wardrobes etc. A great film about Manrique also playing and was available to buy.

Has to be top of the list for a visit to Lanzarote! Great opportunity to,learn about the man who was so influential in the development, or not, of Lanzarote. And the interiors have such a WOW factor.

After seeing the Cactus Garden, it was a given that we should go to Manrique's home. It was a total step back in time, having been left exactly as it was the day he died. It was fascinating to see his clothes, toilet preparations and...More
