Set of early to beat the heat and walked up to the top from Los Abrigos. The climb is a bit steep but the view is well worth the effort. Remember to take water !!

We stayed in the neighbourhood and went for a small hike. It takes you a small hour to get upstairs but man, it is worth the climb!!! Please do it early in the morning. Great view at the Teide. Watch out when descending, don't slip!...More

Took the walk with my two kids (5 and 11) and it was a good experience for all of us to reach the top.

If you are looking for a quiet beach this is as good as any. However, it can be windy - even in the lee of a volcano.

If you line trekking but you’re not an expert this is a wonderful route for you. You can easily get to the top of the mountain in less than 49 minutes. The view from up there is simply amazing.
