We visited the castle with friends who live in Fondi. As our friend speaks Italian he translated the explanations from a lovely volunteer guide about finds from the local area. This included a wonderful sarcophagus which depicted both Christian and Pagan symbols. The views from...More

The castle has a small museum where you can have a look at some artifacts, then you can go to the terrace whcih is fully restorated and offers 360 degree views of the town, beautiful.

Looks great from the outside and that's about it. Not much to see and do if and when it is open. I think you can walk up to a viewing platform however it was not open when we where there
