Not very well publicised, we discovered this place by accident. But what a gem. See wild animals in as natural a setting as is possible and what the brochures don't tell you is that you can see most of the park from cable cars( unlimited...More

Best animal park I've been to in a long time, and you know how I knew the animals were happy? Babies, lots of babies. Elephant babies, bear babies, baby animals everywhere. They only breed when they're happy and have plenty of space. The enclosures were...More

We had a family outing to this park while on holiday in Santander and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We were expecting a safari park, i.e. staying in the car with all windows closed, so we were surprised to discover that we could drive anywhere we wanted...More

Drive through or walk. Take the cable car to explore the entire park. An interesting option is to see the park biking but be ware of some of the hills (one of them has a percentage above 20% !)

This is the most impressive animal park we have been to. The cable cars give imressive views of the animals and the surroundings. The animal enclosures are wonderful.

Wonderful park for those who would like to see natural animal behaviour and not animals in small enclosures. We drove round the park in our large motorhome and could get to most areas and walk to the others.

Went when weather too overcast for the usual beach activities. Plan A was the Cuevas Castille, when these were fully booked we diverted to the wildlife park. Two teenage lads still enjoyed this experience, lovely setting with the largest enclosures I have seen. Our favourite...More

It is a very big place because the animals are within a semi-freedom status so you would need a car or a bike. I used my car so I don't know if it is possible to rent a bike
