Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife had to shop here for a dress to attend a wedding. She stated that the experience was good because the mall was not crowded and all the stores she went into had good quality clothes. She was able to buy two dresses at good prices. Bathrooms were clean

The brands here are mainly middle class (as opposed to the Mall Firenze which is focused on high end luxury brands). You get your typical family friendly Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, etc. Really depends on what you are looking for.

Buy shuttle bus tickets at information counter (inside Firenze Santa Maria Novella station), Euro$13 per adult and Euro$8 per teen of 14-16yrs old for round trip.

Arrive 30mins before departure time, show paper receipts for counter staff to issue coach tickets. The staff will lead the way to board the coach, 15mins walk from station.

No Gucci, no Prada….only Furla shop was more interesting with good customer service…outdated design for men wears

This outlet centre is approximately a 30 minute drive outside of Florence on the way to Bologna. The trip there continues to improve as the upgrades to the A1 progress.

The Outlet centre itself has plenty of free car parking both undercover and out in the open.

I particularly like the layout of this shopping complex. It sits on either side of a stream that has several bridges over it and winds around such that, if you complete a full lap of the complex, you will have walked past all of the stores.

The directory we picked up advised that there were over 120 stores. These included many designer labels known to me as well as a host of others that were not.

We have always found the bathrooms in this complex to be exceptionally well maintained and there are also a few places were you can get a drink and have a meal. The only negative I have is that there are not a lot of shaded areas to just sit down and take a breather.

We have found that the best time to go there is in early July just after the sales have started. This is when we have seen some real bargains although we have found that some of the stores remove some of their more popular lines during these sales.

A quite nice collection of clothing, apparel and other consumer goods stores.
It’s an open area market, with a couple of cafes and rest areas around the area. The good thing about this market it’s arranged in way so you can visit all outlets in one way without having the need to go around and look for a specific store.
