Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a great walk from PP to Calle Sant Vincenc which takes around 3 hours return.

I am a very experienced walker and I would recommend that you wear good walking shoes. There is a tricky walk up the hill from PP which is trickier on the way down. It looks like a dry river bed that has lots of loose pebbles and rocks. Take your time and you’ll be fine as it’s only a small part of the walk.
The rest of the walk is on good paths and quiet roads. There are a couple of steep bits on the way down to CsV but again, take your time, drink plenty of water and you’ll be fine.
The views and the company of the goats are well with it.

Enjoyed the walk and the scenery, plants and so on.

Info boards have notes about plants, birds and an ancient settlement.

I expect it would be different and perhaps nicer in spring with more plants flowering, but it was good to see so many different ones nonetheless.

There are shady spots near the start of the walk in rocky areas, and again under some pines.

I'd like to know more about the history of agriculture and land management there - the amazing walls and the remnant terraces, for example. A map showing the ancient settlement would be interesting too!

Lovely walk , easily accessed from PP but the path down to the beach can get tricky and not always easy to follow. The beach is very small and was quite crowded when we went .saw lots of goats including on the beach scrounging peoples picnics!

I walked this trail on a cloudy morning in May. I was staying in P de Pollensa so it was a short stroll from my hotel to begin the trail. It’s well signposted, you won’t get lost! Plenty of others on the trail so you will feel safe if walking this alone.
It suits all levels of fitness, I walked it in trainers but I also met people in hiking boots (not required for this) aswell as others in their holiday Birkenstocks! All seemed to manage just fine!
The views are beautiful throughout especially on the far side. Would recommend and will do again!

Vall de Boquer (Boquer Valley, in English) is a natural lanscape located near Port de Pollença, in Mallorca Island. It is a very beautiful place, where you can do some hikes from the main town. I was to the end of the vall: Cala Boquer (Boquer beach) with my 6 years daughter, and really it was a very good excursion. At the end, we could see wonderful views from the beach. It is a very recommendable hike, where you can do pique-nique with the family or friends. Very nice.

I know you can view great scenes from anywhere but here, it is only through a very small platform as most area is private property. The hike is through craggy paths to high elevation.

This is an amazing walk with a fair bit of climbing needed but worth it. Not suitable for anyone unsteady on feet. Ski poles may be needed

Rocky route straight out of Port Pollenca easy to find. Past some closed up properties and through some gates. There’s multiple paths that lead you to the cove - all of which ascend gradually until a short steep decline to the water’s edge. More people there than expected (+ 1 goat) and very little level surfaces to sit and relax.
Beware though that at the time of our visit there were jellyfish in the water - and gave nasty stings to those unfortunate enough to come across them (inc. myself)
It was an OK walk, nothing special with a disappointing end.

The terrain is rocky. So, I wouldn’t not recommend flip flops or sandals.

Depending on the weather, the water can be choppy with a lot of debris watched up. Regardless whether you can swim or not, it’s a lovely hike with beautiful view in the end.

Worth the walk for the view . Amazing ! You have to wear your mask until you are past the houses .

the gradient is slight, until you descend to the beach
