Nice enough small area for walking and observing nature but nothing really special about it. Ten minutes will get you round it and the best views seem to be from the bridge on the main road. We only really managed to see some fish, crabs...More

We had a stroll round here one afternoon. We have visited before, and did not see much - A grey heron and some ducks. This time we saw squacco heron, sardinian warbler and heard a lot of warblers. I was also lucky enough to spot...More

A very pleasant walk in this oasis in the centre of tourist bars/accommodation. Saw some prior comments about it becoming a bit of an urban tip but that wasn’t the case at all. Kids excited by duck and her tiny ducklings. Whatever.

This small area has been smartened up and made wildlife and visitor friendly. We always pop in as you never know what will turn up, Woodchat Shrike and Kingfisher were two favourites. The young lady in the Interpretation centre is excellent. She is keen, enthusiastic,...More
