Very very very nice old church near 1000, on the Franchigena way, one of the stop on the way, there is also Sigerico hostel. In Gambassi Terme the best, near you can visit Certaldo ( Boccaccio city, Decameron ), Volterra ( Etruschi city very important ), San Gimignano ( the city whit the tower ) and more more more ...... More

We stayed in this area for a brief holiday and thought we could take a few moments to look at what from the reviews is a very interesting part of Italy's heritage. Unfortunately, like a previous reviewer we found the church closed. What made matters worse was that the sign outside that was supposed to tell us about the church... More
