A nice spot to sit and people watch, the market is just around the corner. There are a couple of other bars in this area but they don't have such s good selection of drinks, I stayed for the Belgian beers. Steff friendly, location great, recommended.

Need a little sun and people watching? This is the best coffee and hangout. Come with friends or just to read and write. This is the daytime spot. Bring your own croissant or sandwich. Enjoy!

Visiting the lovely town of Saint Jean d'Angely we stopped here for a coffee. Great spot in the town square, under the canopy as it was a bit showery. Waiter was really friendly and coffee was good. One of our party had a mocha which went down really well.

The host Julienne is very attentive and welcoming. A brilliant selection of drinks to choose from. The hub of the town.

A reasonable bar in a town lacking in bars! The have some craft beers on tap and in bottles and a good happy hour every day. We will return later this year when we are back in the locality.

This place is much better than it looks. It looks like a touristy bar, but the service and the selection of beer is far better than that, in fact the look of the place does it a bit of a disservice. Sit down, relax and watch the world go by.
