Built traditionally with others in the area. This is a museum with lots to see and do that is linked to the local history. A lovely place in the town and very educational.

Facinating visit. The history of the voyage through the dessert with the actual car on site with its track is really interesting. Definitely worth a visit.

Well worth a visit. Lovely building and the Citroen exhibition was fascinating and well presented. The lady at the reception area was very helpful and explained in detail how to make the most of our visit.

A delightful museum, with superb displays I can’t fault it for adults. And by being small and compact it’s good for little children too, though lacks activities for them to join in with. From a nicely presented hall focusing on the local ancient history the fantastic upper galleries with beautiful furniture collections. As others have mentioned the exhibition on the Citroen crossing of the Sahara is really fascinating. Seemingly only open in the afternoon and tucked away in a sleepy corner of the town it’s easy to miss, but it’s well worth the effort.

Free with some very good special exhibits for the summer. The story of the tracked cars crossing the Sahara and then the Himalayas is incredible.
