They delivered to the accommodation one day in advance so everything was settled in the morning and prepared for a perfect start! With a company of 4 adults and 4 children there were a lot of changes needed to be done both boots and skis! Every time they arrived within 20 minutes after the phone call and were extremely polite and service minded! Couldn’t ask for more!

Good Sports was definitely the cheaper than all shops in Hirafu and Niseko Village. We stayed at Snow Dog at Niseko Village, and arranged for the gears to be delivered there, with the hope it will arrive before our lessons at 10am at the ski school. We arrived the night before, and the gears were all packed and arranged nicely at the ski racks outside our room. Works wonders if you already know the size of your skis/board and boots. You can also provide your normal feet size and they will match you to the boots. My sister's boot was tight due to a slight deformity, and when we contacted them at 8.30am, they arrived with spare boots to try on at 9.00am for free. Service cannot be faulted. And returning the gear is as simple as packing the gears up in the provided bags and leave them where they were previously.

Pros Obtain a discounted bus rate Speedy email response from customer service Cons Email incorrect bus timing which almost resulted in missing my flight if we had not double checked with their staff at Hirafu Welcome Center

I did an online booking for the rental of snowboarding equipment. there was a nice 30% discount. I emailed the support line several times regarding some questions and they emailed back promptly and were very EXTREMELY nice and accomodating with answering my questions. I had such a pleasant time speaking to them. I haven't reached the store physically yet (only in dec 2019), but i was so happy with their service I had to leave an early review!

About half the price of shops up in Hirafu! There is a walk in discount. If you stay at myecolodge this place is very convenient. I hadn't seen the snow before so was not confident in pre-booking online with any shops. When I went to Hirafu most places were either booked out or too expensive (peak period). Luckily I remembered from the host at my ecolodge about Good Sports. It was set-up more like a warehouse (hence the cheaper price) but the service was still excellent and they helped fit me out. They still had quite a bit of gear too! I regretted my decision for a snow board the next day and easily got it switched to skis for a small fee :)
