Pinacoteca is like a parallel world. You enter inside and you're suddenly teleported into a magical world. If you love books is the perfect place ;)

Very nice museum where it's possible to see a Rembrandt. The main room (Sala del Mappamondo) is astonishing. As it is not very big, it's worth to enter in if you are passing in the heart of the city.

Do go to see the Mapamundi ancient library room and the painting by Rubens. The current temporary exhibit "The Copper Circle" is worth visiting, too.

This museum is well worth visiting, but make sure that someone takes you up to the second floor where there are several excellent paintings and the fine old library with a massive globe.
