If you are close to Sierra de Guara doing the Vero Canyon is an absolutely must, maybe not the most adventurous of the lot but just amazingly beautiful. We were lucky we could joined a planned descend with Alto Pirineo who was doing the complete route. It is a 6 hours descend and certainly though not difficult you will need to do a lot of walking, swimming and crawling through very narrow crevices so physical effort is quite significant. Alto Pirineo has a small group policy so we were a group 5 of what waa great, as we did the complete route we did not come across almost anybody so we could enjoy the beauty and peace of the canyon. Julen was our guide and made the descend as fun as possible whilst he was always looking around to see the safest place to go through and assessing the different obstacles. He knows a lot about the geopraphy of the are, vegetation and animals so could use the time to teach the group about the area and some interesting facts. You could see he cares about the environment and tried to educate on the importance of nature's preservation. We had a great time and if you are staying in Ainsa booking the Vero descend with Alto Pirineo should be in your to do list.
