Rare wooden statues on display. This temple combo Shinto divinities and Buddhist deities. The wooden hall (photo) was built during the zero period.

This was a nice little shrine out in the woop woop of Oita. We went there while shrine hopping over Golden Week and the old statues were interesting but it was a bit dark.
