You need special permission to get in. It required 2-3 days prior to visit. We did not get the permission in short notice. We went till the view point. They have bus service from the main gate.

From my recollection the outside is gold (perhaps plated because its SO huge!) but the inside has no tables, chairs,or anything of that sort. You cannot touch anything, and must observe silence the entire time. Its all white... More

There is no online pass. But it is quite simple. One has to go there and watch a 10 minute briefing video after which the pass is issued free of charge.
