Canada is by far the most beautiful country in term of natural beauty. Travelers enjoy hiking the huge mountains with its impeccable views and activities. Canada is the cleanest, safest, most organized country with vivid green areas. Visitors enjoy the multiculturalism and the descent behavior of the Canadians. Visitors to Canada get unforgettable experience to this second to none North American country

I had a relaxation massage done by Christina yesterday! I loved her technique and the oils used for the massage. Highly recommend this massage!

Visited early September and had a relaxing massage. It was very nice and relaxing. They have taken extra measures due to the current situation. I felt very safe. I would just like to mention 2 things: 1- the isolation between 2 rooms is not very good. You can hear any conversation that the room next to you is having. Maybe some communication from management advising clients to keep their voice low. 2 - the heated volcanic rocks are really hot. I recommend a thin layer of clothing.

I have visited iwa Spa before and was interested in experiencing both their new treatments as well as how they have adapted to COVID-19 protocols. I was most impressed with the COVID, sanitation/cleaning signage located throughout the spa. Easy to understand, good graphics and colourful. The website gives a thorough explanation before visiting the spa on what the guest should expect and the process every step of the way. Upon arrival, the guest is given a sheet customized to their visit complete what to expect, checklist and is also asked verbally as well about their health status. Staff and therapists wear a mask at all times. Every therapist has their own bucket to keep their own massage oils and lotions so none are interchanged with other therapists. Cleaning and disinfecting is done continuously throughout the spa and after each therapy session in the treatment room. Many treatments now include a 30-minute Gan Ban rock therapy session. A great bonus. As well treatments that were 50 minutes are now 60 minutes. Previous guests will notice why the prices have gone higher because of these new additions. It's still great value for almost 2 hours of treatments, relaxing and rock therapy for less than $200.00 CAD. They have now introduced as well to extend your stay where you can rent a private patio cabana located just outside the spa with beautiful views of the Blue Mountains. Local drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available as well as variety of food choices from local producers and Northwinds brewery. iwa Spa is a boutique spa located right in the village of Blue Mountain - so a great day getaway if in the surrounding area or stay in one of the many accommodation options available. Check out their new Bottoms Up Bliss Foot and Leg Treatment -- the one I had. Really helped unlock the muscle tightness and rid those toxins. Staff are young and enthusiastic. Best to visit during mid-week if possible as weekends can be very busy. Book ahead for best times to suit you. Gender neutral spa so guys (like me) feel very welcome here -- no frilly stuff.

I was thrilled to learn that my favourite spa in The Blue Mountains, IWA Spa, had reopened with their new Covid-19 measures in place and couldn’t wait to get back. Like many, I had concerns on how these types of services would unfold in our new normal however it was a perfect experience, worthy of sharing. The protocols in place put me instantly at ease. I was greeted outside of the spa and checked in for my massage. I was asked a series of health questions relative to Covid-19 and then brought inside to my personal waiting area (comfy chair, dividers on both sides) and handed my personal care kit/basket. Inside I found my packaged robe, slippers and towel and laminated agenda that provided me the step by step guidelines of my visit. It was masterfully done and executed not to mention that as always, the massage therapist (RMT) was outstanding. I wrapped things up with a 30-minute relaxation on a heated Gan.ban bed (heated volcanic rock).

My first massage in four months was a perfect experience! Iwa has done an amazing job to make clients feel safe and the attention to detail on every aspect of cleanliness, staff training, and social distancing is benchmark. My therapist, David, was brilliant. I would recommend this experience 100%. The follow up on the volcanic rock was completely relaxing and the retail therapy of lululemon was perfect. (By the way great selection and no long lines like you experience in Toronto). All in all an amazing way to spend an afternoon.
