Canada is by far the most beautiful country in term of natural beauty. Travelers enjoy hiking the huge mountains with its impeccable views and activities. Canada is the cleanest, safest, most organized country with vivid green areas. Visitors enjoy the multiculturalism and the descent behavior of the Canadians. Visitors to Canada get unforgettable experience to this second to none North American country

Had a great time at the Spa, my wife and I each had a massage and enjoyed the baths. I would have rated it higher however, we had a couple of unpleasant experiences with one of the staff, Evelyn. Upon arrival, Evelyn checked me in. My mask had unknowingly slipped under my nose and Evelyn scolded me! I thought fair enough, we all have to be careful in these times. Once done I was told to go shower before the baths. Evelyn again rudely told me to be sure to wear my mask at all times and during massage. First of all my wife and I both work in health care and know the importance of PPE. I let the rudeness go and enjoyed the spa. A week later we called the spa to discuss what we thought was a discrepancy with our bill and who did I get on the phone... Evelyn, what luck!! Evelyn was short with me on the phone and ready to hang up before I could explain our situation! Evelyn is down right rude and borderline ruins what was an otherwise a relaxing day at the spa.

I tried a few years ago to book online and gave up. I recently tried again. The system is no different. Instead of showing what dates and times are available to book a massage, you must click on a date only to have the page pop up and say that there is nothing available for that date. You will repeat over and over finding that there are no dates available at all. After this very frustrating experience I tried to phone and book. The person on the phone was not friendly or helpful in the least and sounded so miserable, I came to understand why. I was told they are booking only for the next 4 months. I asked what dates were available for massage and was told that I have to choose a date and they will tell me. So I chose 7 different dates with complete flexibility for time and was told none of those dates were available. I finally asked "why don't you tell me a date that IS available as this could just go on forever" apparently the staff only has the same access as I do online? So they are just clicking on dates and telling me there is nothing available and growing increasingly annoyed over the phone, which is understandable because this system is maddening. It would be really nice if Scandinave spa could update their system and block out the dates that aren't available like every other place in the world does effortlessly due to the technology we have. That being said, I will most likely never get to use the gift cards I was given by someone trying to support local business during a pandemic. Be forewarned people who are trying to do a nice thing and gift someone with a massage. I seems like the giftcards are a huge a scam because you won't ever get a booking and they are always fully booked 4 months in advance, also they don't know what dates they have available so you will be required to guess over and over only to be told there is nothing on that date. This should be a very simple process.

Customers expect to make an appointment, which, apparently , will not guarantee access to the waters in the case if pools reached the capacity. So, we were not able to get to any of the hot pools, and we asked for our money back. I don’t think that management cares about this situation, since they sell more appointments than pools can fit. Very disappointing......

People of colour beware. You are visiting a very small town, full of the small town racist mentality. I was met with sheer racism the moment I walked into that spa. The staff rushed me from beginning to end. When I showed my concerns they stared at me and told me it was too bad. I have been corresponding via email and they refuse to refund my credit card. I just want to act like all of this didn’t happen in 2020. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. The faculty is VERY basic for the price. The baths are dirty. Don’t waste your time and money.
